Introduction

I am 35 years old and I haven't lived even half of my life (or so I hope). This means I have so much to learn, that there are many concepts I probably still don't know... I simply want to share my experiences and the strategies that helped me feel better in my darkest moments.

What's it about?

03

Self-Confidence

What glasses are you using to see the world? Are you sure they are the right ones and help you see everything better?

04

Move

With depression, the cure is movement. And although the body wants the opposite, many times what heals you is exactly the opposite of what made you sick.
